OutMazed® Tourism is a leading destination management company specializing in UAE tourism, global travel packages, and visa assistance. With strong partnerships across international markets, we are expanding our B2B presence and seeking a skilled Commercial Executive – B2B Tour Operators (Europe & CIS) to build and manage relationships with tour operators for incoming UAE and global destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with B2B tour operators in Europe and the CIS region for incoming UAE and global destinations.
  • Handle pricing negotiations and develop competitive rate structures for bookings and inquiries.
  • Manage the end-to-end reservations process, ensuring accurate, timely, and smooth handling of bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to deliver seamless travel services.
  • Monitor market trends in the European and CIS travel sectors and propose strategies to remain competitive.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in handling B2B agents, especially in pricing and reservations.
  • Strong knowledge of the European and CIS tourism markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive sales growth.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) or tourism-related business.
  • Fluency in Russian or a major European language (in addition to English).
  • Strong network of existing B2B operator contacts in Europe and the CIS.
  • Familiarity with travel technology platforms, booking engines, and CRM tools.
