Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideally suited for an ambitious sales professional who is ready to take significant ownership and directly contribute to driving new business and achieving growth targets. The environment is structured to reward proactivity and results. Our data management policy is designed to ensure maximum engagement: accounts or prospects that have not been engaged with for 45 days become available for reallocation. Success in this role is directly tied to your ability to be active, proactive, and persistent in identifying new opportunities and initiating conversations. Key Responsibilities As a Commercial Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth by: Pipeline Generation: Strategically utilizing multi-channel outreach (including LinkedIn, HubSpot Sequences, phone, Zoom, and email) to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Proactive Account Management: Ensuring continuous engagement with prospects; success is defined by persistence, as accounts inactive for 45 days will be reallocated to maximize opportunity conversion. New Business Development: Taking ownership of lead generation by proactively sourcing new business opportunities from our CRM and data tools, supplementing qualified inbound leads. Full CRM Autonomy: Managing the end-to-end sales process within HubSpot, including sequence deployment, outreach execution, performance reporting, and pipeline forecasting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering effectively with the wider sales and marketing teams to ensure collective targets and individual revenue goals are achieved. High-Value Sales: Driving revenue through the sale of market-leading sponsorship and partnership packages for our premier events. Qualifications We are looking for a highly driven and results-focused sales professional who meets the following criteria: Essential Requirements & Mindset Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets. Mindset: Highly proactive, naturally competitive, and thrives in a sales environment focused on outbound activity and individual accountability. Drive: Motivated by ambitious revenue targets and a clear pathway for rapid career progression. Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional international travel for client meetings and events. Required Skills CRM Expertise: Essential working knowledge and practical experience managing sales processes within a CRM system (e.g., pipeline management, reporting, tracking). Experience with HubSpot Sales is strongly preferred. Prospecting: Strong, demonstrable prospecting skills across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, phone, and email. Client Communication: Highly comfortable leading professional client conversations and presentations over Zoom. Campaign Management: Confident in independently setting up and executing sequencing and outreach campaigns. Highly Preferred Experience Industry Background: Prior experience in the staffing agency, recruitment, or Talent Acquisition (TA) technology/supplier industries is highly desirable. Event Sales: Previous experience selling high-value Event Sponsorship or Exhibition packages is a significant advantage.
