POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Field Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems and equipment in commercial buildings while working professionally alongside facility managers, general contractors, and project teams. This position requires strong installation fundamentals, the ability to read plans and specifications, and a commitment to quality work that meets code on every job. WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay: $30 - $40/hr (DOE) * 80% company-paid medical insurance * Dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability * 401K program with 4% company match * 2 weeks PTO plus paid holidays * Company vehicle, iPad, and gas card * Work-life balance (Monday to Friday unless a special project requires otherwise) * Paid training to help you grow individually and professionally * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Long-term job stability with a respected HVAC company WHAT YOU'LL DO * Install commercial HVAC systems and equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, package units, and associated ductwork, ensuring proper efficiency and functionality * Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, mechanical plans, and technical manuals to execute installations to specification * Ensure all installations comply with mechanical codes, building codes, and safety standards * Perform system startup and commissioning on newly installed equipment to verify proper operation * Perform equipment and parts upgrades as needed to meet project requirements * Communicate effectively with management, dispatch, project teams, and apprentices to keep the install schedule on track * Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory * Provide mentorship and coaching to apprentices and helpers on site * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience * EPA Universal Certification required * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals * Experience with sheet metal, ductwork, and equipment rigging a plus * High level of accountability * Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * ServiceTitan experience a plus * Bilingual is a plus Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
