ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Advisor on a 12 months fixed term basis to join our Commercial Finance team here in Rio Tinto’s Commercial Hub in Singapore. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional with the passion and desire to drive planning and performance management at a large, dynamic and complex business, with proven engagement and influencing skills and highly demonstrated ability to run financial analysis, planning processes and to identify opportunities to deliver results.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Lead – Planning and Improvement, you will:

TO BE SUCCESSFULLY CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor and/or professional qualification e.g., MBA, ACA, CPA.
• 10 years + significant finance and commercial experience within a global organisation.
• Experience effectively managing and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic forward-thinker.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with capacity to work autonomously.
• Expertise across a full range of standard business and finance tools (SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
• Strong capability to effectively prioritise and possess excellent organisational skills
