Description
  • 5+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations or customer insights roles – Manipulating, translating and presenting data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in building dashboards and data models that support sales decision making
  • Exposure to multiple systems, data structures and formats for ingestion.
  • Experience working with and querying large datasets using any form of SQL + Power Query/BI. (Databricks, MSAS, TSQL)
  • Experience with documentation and ticketing - Jira/Confluence.
  • Exposure to telecommunications or ICT or subscription based B2B environments highly desirable
  • Experience managing multiple data sources (CRM, billing, finance, network)
  • Demonstrated ability to work across the business units and deliver under tight timeframes.
