The Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve monthly reporting for budget holders across the business.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders across the business, to help cost controls and to hold budget holders to account.
• Prepare and post month end journals across OPEX, Direct Costs, Warehouse and Capex.
• Work closely with Digital team alongside Finance Manager to manage infrastructure and marketing trackers.
• Manage and maintain Technology department tracker and hold monthly reviews.
• Work with Senior Commercial Finance Manager to improve Warehouse and Distribution reporting and analysis.
• Work with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and the Commercial Finance Manager in preparing robust budgets and forecasts.
• Produce monthly ELT files to be reviewed by Commercial Finance Manager.
• Consolidate monthly journal trackers and produce accrual rec.
• Aid in variance analysis of actuals vs forecasts, including investigating why variances have occurred and communicating risks & opportunities.
• You’ll work with BI on our reporting tool and NetSuite our financial system to develop insight reports to help the business track, understand and drive performance
