ABOUT YOU

  • You’re comfortable with numbers and know your way around accounting principles, with either an AAT qualification or part qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA. You’ve worked with computerised finance systems before and you’re confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to pull together reports, spot trends and explain what the numbers are really saying.
  • You’ve got a keen eye for detail and a real sense of ownership when it comes to your work. You like getting things done properly and on time. You’re happy working independently, solving problems as they come up, but also enjoy being part of a team where people support each other and share ideas.
  • You’re naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Whether it’s making a process more efficient or helping someone understand their budget better, you’re proactive and not afraid to speak up or take the lead.
  • You’ll build great relationships across the business and be comfortable having regular conversations with people at all levels. Your communication style is clear and to the point—you know how to explain financial information in a way that makes sense to everyone.
  • You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach to everything you do, with the confidence to take responsibility and the flexibility to adapt when things change. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and develop your career in commercial finance, this could be a great fit for you.
