KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. This role supports the Marketing, Communications, and Commercial functions with data-led insights that drive strategic decision-making, revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and help deliver more agile, informed financial support. The role offers a clear development path toward business partnering.
This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires strong collaboration across the Finance team. You’ll play a key part in our journey to build a world-class finance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support planning, forecasting, and commercial reviews.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support revenue growth and ROI.
• Build business cases and models for partnerships, campaigns, and initiatives.
