JOB SUMMARY

In the role of Commercial Finance Analyst within the EMEA Sales Finance team, you serve as a key player supporting senior finance leaders by providing in-depth financial analysis to drive financial planning, budgeting, decision-making, and performance evaluation. Your responsibilities encompass leveraging strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and financial competencies to deliver insightful analysis that influences strategic decisions across all organizational levels. Additionally, you collaborate closely with Area Finance leaders to achieve financial targets, optimize sales objectives, and uphold compliance standards within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A solid foundation in financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and financial competencies to drive informed decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills enabling you to effectively present analysis, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Proficiency in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, managing P&L, and ensuring controls and compliance adherence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and financial planning systems.
  • Experience in working with complex data sets, conducting data analysis, and deriving actionable insights to support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, showcasing increasing levels of responsibility and impact.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to build productive relationships, work with large datasets, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive tangible results.
  • While not mandatory, proficiency in the German language would be advantageous for this role.
