  • The opportunity:Help build and shape a new group-wide FP&A and commercial finance function
  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and CFO on budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
  • Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business and capital allocation decisions
  • Deliver insightful performance, variance and cash flow analysis
  • Build dashboards and management reporting, including Power BI
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Operations and Technology
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including funding, product expansion, M&A and distribution strategy
  • Gain exposure across both asset management and non-bank lending
  • Help leverage new systems, data and AI-driven approaches to improve finance reporting and productivity
  • Significant scope to grow the role and broaden your remit as the function develops
