As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with multiple non-finance stakeholders across the Retail division at Heathrow, providing strategic financial insight to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with the Finance Business Services Team to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and continuous process improvements that support commercial growth.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and high-profile environment.

• Partnering with Heads of Category, Senior Account Managers and Accounting Managers to drive retail performance and profitability. Analysing KPI trends and presenting findings to Business Partners in monthly performance meetings.
• Supporting Senior Account Managers in developing action plans for underperforming categories.
• Producing PowerPoint and Power BI management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Collating and processing financial and non-financial data from multiple stakeholders for reporting.
• Driving continuous improvement in management reporting processes to enhance commercial insight.
• Ensuring accurate month-end financials by collaborating with the Finance Business Services Team.
• Leading the review of monthly sales provisions for retail concessionaires.
• Supporting the tendering process by recommending value-driven financial propositions.
• Assisting with capital investment appraisals and financial assurance activities.
• Contributing to the transformation of finance data strategy, focusing on automation and self-service management information.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business insight to support decision-making.
• An analytical mindset, able to simplify complex financial data and identify trends, errors, and opportunities.
• Advanced skills in Excel modelling, financial modelling, and presenting clear data insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint for professional financial reporting.
• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or working towards qualification).
