Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team and help drive smarter financial decisions across the business. In this role, you’ll report to the Revenue Controller and work closely with the commercial leadership team at LGC Standards.
You’ll play a key role in analyzing financial performance, offering insights, and helping shape strategies that support our mission of advancing science for a safer world. This is a hands-on position within a large, international division of a leading life sciences organization—ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and making an impact through data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting commercial functions in a complex international manufacturing environment.
  • MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • Advanced Excel Skills is a necessity.
  • Experience with Tableau (Creator license i.e. Desktop) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end revenue reporting and P&L reviews across global commercial functions.
  • Analyze the global order book to support accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Review and help shape sales incentive plans and growth targets.
  • Deliver timely financial reporting and insights across all reporting cycles.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial analysis for ad hoc projects and business needs.
