Description
Overview Monitoring VNF Net Revenue (NR) performance and commercial-related Fixed Selling expense. Ensure NR and commercial-related expense being captured exactly on VNF P&L adherence to company policy, global accounting standards and local tax regulations based on being partnering and closely working with Sales, CCD and Finance Planning team on daily, monthly and adhoc commercial activities. Enhance Commercial control governance to ensure compliance, mitigate fraud and tax risk incurred causing company loss and improve efficiency in operational process. Be responsible to declare the Vietnam regulation monthly sales-related mandatory reports (Presumptive Tax, VAT Output) and clarify with stakeholders and Tax authority on the declared figures. Responsibilities Delivering insight analysis for Net Revenue from Gross to Net sales and drive actions. Monitoring actual trade spend (discount and allowance, Customer development Agreement, slotting arragment, display rental...) and driving effectiveness of trade promotion. Managing promotion set up, sales incentive schemes, price change request and validate actual trade activities cost payout. Providing consultancy on operational process and system capabilities for promotion schemes and reimbursement process for TT channel Collaborating with Sales, CCD, GTM IT and operation team to drive continuous improvement in commercial procedures and promotion schemes. Quarterly performing do GCS self-testing with team, consolidate and report as schedule requirement. Review actual control activities vs. process/policy and propose to change if any have not reasonable/or adding more which help Business move faster. Driving compliance and measuring performance through trade load monitoring, field audit and distributor compliance management (stock and rack monitor) Leading automation initiative and system change request in Commercial Control (DMS, Power app, SAP, other initiatives) Declare the Vietnam regulation monthly sales-related mandatory reports (Presumptive Tax, VAT Output) and clarify with stakeholders and Tax authority on the declared figures Qualifications FMCG industry commercial finance/ accounting experience 3-4 years. Proficient in English, with excellent writen and verball communication skill High commitment and result oriented. Strong analytical and structured mindset and provide clear insights. Advance computer literacy (Excel, Word), Power BI, Power Automate is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and deadline. Having any of the below experience/knowledge is a plus: ACCA or CFA qualification. Working experience at FMCG company. Experience in working with or setting up SAP or similar enterprise software system. Knowledge or experience in IFRS, US GAAP is preferred.
