Are you an experienced financial professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving commercial success? We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Financial Controller to join our team.
Based at our office in Folkestone, Kent with hybrid working. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights and strategic support to our commercial and executive teams, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the consumer-packaged goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will have experience implementing new operating systems and performance measurement processes, along with a proven ability to build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders. A high level of critical thinking, logical analysis, and confident decision-making is essential, along with an extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and the broader market.
You should hold an accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. With over 10 years of business experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry and at least 5 years of direct supervisory experience, you will have demonstrated their capability in managing teams and driving transformation.
Working hours are 37 per week: Monday – Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4:30pm.
