?? Commercial Finance Customer Support – Join Our Dynamic Team! ??
Key Responsibilities/Duties can include:
? Answering emails in team inbox and supporting internal and external customers with queries.
? Record customer terms of purchase and advise customers of their agreements.
? Answer incoming calls and support internal and external customers with queries.
? Processing customer sales data to calculate invoices and payments.
? Calculating and paying customer claims; verifying calculations and sales values and investigating discrepancies to make accurate customer payments.
? Creating contracts for customers outlining terms and conditions of deals agreed, following up with customer to ensure deals are signed in due course.
? Other duties deemed necessary for the role as it or the department develops and undertakes new responsibilities.
?? What We’re Looking For:
?? Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
??Able to remain logical and methodical in a fast paced environment.
??High level of attention to detail.
??Ability to work to adapt to priority changes outside the structured task list.
??Able to demonstrate adherence to Company systems and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
