The Commercial Finance Director, GenMed Global and EMEA for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the Genomic Medicine VP Commercial and EMEA Commercial Leader to set processes, forecast, analyse results, and drive impact in our topline and margin performance.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Life Sciences or Genomic Medicine industry

• Ensure coordination of processes and standard terms with counterparts within Cytiva
• Drive the connection between the daily reporting and the region operations to ensure analytics are used to drive better forecast accuracy. Lead analysis and recommendation for commercial reviews
• Partner with the EMEA zone managers, Account Managers, EMEA commercial leader, and Global VP Commercial in forecasting, reviewing actuals, pricing to drive profitable growth at an acceptable risk for the company.
• Finance lead for Genomic Medicine commercial negotiations
• Manage the overall Genomic Medicine customer account tagging process
• Manage the commercial cost profile
