Our work will take you in different directions. As the Commercial Finance Lead – Service (ANZ), you will be at the forefront of business partnering and digital transformation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders including the Service Business Line Director, and collaborate across both Local and Asia Pacific, and Middle East (APM) teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance in a leading organisation, driving insights, efficiency, and commercial success. What will you be doing? Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Support finance automation projects and streamline reporting processes. Track and report on strategic growth and productivity initiatives. Lead financial modelling and business cases for operational and M&A activities. Analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and forecast financial performance. Drive mid-to-long term planning and LEAN budgeting processes. Present financial results and strategic insights to senior stakeholders. Continue to transform finance operations from controlling to business partnering. Provide coaching to develop the financial and business acumen of the broader Service Business Line team. Actively engage with the KONE Local and Global Finance community. What are we looking for? Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in financial systems, automation, and reporting tools. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive, organised and planned with experience in driving change. CA or CPA qualification (preferred). Degree in Finance or relevant field. Experience with SAP (preferred). There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
