The role provides financial leadership, business insights, planning support, and commercial decision guidance to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. It also ensures strategic priorities are translated into clear financial impacts, supported by disciplined financial governance and data driven business partnering   Responsibilities include:   Finance Business Partnering * Build trusted relationships with cross function teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure transparent communication of financial performance.  * Act as the strategic advisor for key business decisions by providing grounded financial perspectives, scenario modelling, and ROI assessment.  * Participate in business reviews with management; highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.   Business Planning, Forecasting & Performance Tracking * Lead financial planning cycle including annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly rolling forecast for business in scope * Understand business drivers (pricing, channel and product mix, demand trends, cost structure, operating expenses), and their financial implications to guide forward‑looking decisions.  * Prepare monthly management performance packs; consolidate KPI dashboards and provide insightful commentary. * Support integrated business planning (IBP) cycles to ensure demand, supply, and commercial alignment.   Commercial Insight & Decision Support * Evaluate new product proposals, channel opportunities, promotional investments, and partnership initiatives from a commercial and financial lenses.  * Lead business case development and track outcomes against assumptions to drive continuous improvement.  * Perform pricing, margin, and elasticity analysis to support growth strategy.  * Analyse trade spend and A&P efficiency, provide value chain transparency, gate‑keep ROI assumptions, and ensure alignment with category strategy.   Financial Governance & Business Compliance * Ensure commercial activities comply with internal controlling policies and audit requirements.  * Oversee proper settlement, validation, and documentation of trade spending in coordination with Controlling and Commercial teams.  * Ensure pricing governance, margin protection, and cost visibility across channels   Business Integration & Operating Model Transition * Support the transition of the new business into Blackmores’ finance processes, reporting templates, and forecasting disciplines.  * Partner with Group Finance and IT to ensure proper system setup and integration, data flows, and performance measurement.  * Support process improvement and ERP transformation   Who are you? * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business disciplines. CPA and ACCA qualification is a plus; * 7+ years of finance experience, ideally in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within MNCs. * Prior China market experience in consumer goods or nutritional supplement sectors is preferred. Experiences in Cross Boader E-Commerce is preferred.  * Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to work in fast changing environments.  * Strategic financial thinking with strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Able to distil complex financial data into clear insights for business communication * Good collaboration with cross functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Able to challenge constructively and influence decisions  * Experience using systems such as SAP / Oracle / TM1 / PowerBI / Anaplan is advantageous.  * Strong integrity and ownership mindset.
