Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted finance partner to our Sales & Commercial teams, delivering financial modelling, pricing governance, and commercial decision support that will shape the future of our business.
You’ll lead and mentor a team of two while also providing guidance and coaching to our FP&A analyst, ensuring our financial operations are both strategic and agile. You’ll bring clarity to complexity—analysing deals, challenging assumptions, and helping drive gross margin improvement initiatives across the board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Sales team to evaluate new business opportunities, model deals, and optimise pricing strategy.
  • Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide commercial decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve Gross Margin performance across products and channels.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team of 2 direct reports, supporting their growth and capability.
  • Coach and collaborate with the FP&A analyst, ensuring consistency in forecasting, planning and reporting.
  • Identify and challenge the status quo—actively pursuing process improvements and innovation in finance and pricing strategies.
  • Translate numbers into influence—communicate insights with impact and engage confidently across the business.
