Our Opportunity
Due to a adding additional heads to the team via a restructure we currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to partner with the business to help drive volume and profitability across our categories through the total P&L. You will act as a key business partner to provide financial support for the Integrated Business Planning as well as managing financial performance, commercial decisions and providing advisory support.
In order to achieve this, your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Category leaders to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and provide commercial management across new business opportunities and risk mitigation
- Provide insight & analysis to business performance, including managing commodity pricing, risk/opportunities, and projects versus business case
- Lead the financial input into tenders, capex and growth opportunities
About You
In order to make this role a success, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who can demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen as well as a strategic mindset and the ability to influence key stakeholders, translating complex information to push for better results.
Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include:
- Strong business partnering and commercial skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- Strong planning / forecasting process management, along with experience in financial modelling
- CA/CPA, or MBA qualified (desired)
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
