• Assessing the financial health of potential operators to inform franchising decisions, and managing financial onboarding, due diligence and compliance
• Representing commercial priorities within state representative committees
• Driving initiatives to improve profitability and the financial health of licensees across your regions
• Setting restaurant economics to deliver profitable, sustainable portfolio outcomes
• Delivering performance analysis, insights and reporting that inform commercial decisions
• Providing day-to-day financial advice and support to franchisees, resolving queries with pace and professionalism
• Contributing to margin improvement, cost optimisation and capital allocation strategies
• Preparing Performance Decks for Quarterly Business Meetings and supporting the Finance and Supply Chain Committee
• Championing financial systems and integrations to lift reporting, forecasting and efficiency
• Coaching and developing junior team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop and influence strategic initiatives and outcomes
• CPA or CA qualified (or working towards), with 3+ years' experience in commercial or field finance roles preferred
