In this full time permanent role, you'll provide commercial and financial leadership across the development lifecycle, helping shape investment decisions and project outcomes.

We're Looking ForAn accomplished Finance Manager with expertise in property development feasibility modelling and the commercial capability to support complex development and investment decisions.

What You’ll Do• Partner with Development and Funds Management teams on a landmark development project.• Deliver feasibility modelling, financial analysis, valuations and commercial insights to support business outcomes.• Support investment decisions, capital partnering arrangements and strategic planning initiatives.• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive commercial performance and project success.• Contribute to informed decision making across the development lifecycle, helping create better places and communities.
