We are looking for a commercially savvy Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with our Head of Manufacturing and wider Operations Lead Team to drive business performance. This is a true business partnering opportunity providing financial insight and visibility, to help inform and shape strategic decisions across operations and supply chain. Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial Finance this is a critical role combining strong financial expertise and commercial nous to turn data into meaningful insights. To us, finance isn’t just about reporting the numbers – it’s about helping leaders understand the story behind them to make smarter decisions. While this role is based at our Super Kitchen in Awatoto in Hawkes Bay, getting the right person is critical for us and are open to supporting relocation from within NZ. What you will be doing Partner with operations and supply chain leaders to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve. This includes working closely with our Head of Manufacturing who has recently joined ZIWI, he’s passionate about people, driving improvements and volume growth. Build on the long-term financial plans and modelling to support volume growth, cost savings and improvements. Get the insight, explain the data and help our leaders make smarter decisions. Evaluate the financial performance of key commercial activities including product lines, plant performance, cost optimisation initiatives and capital investment opportunities. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand how our manufacturing and supply chain operations are performing. Identify financial risks and opportunities, helping the business navigate challenges and capture value What you will bring: A recognised tertiary qualification in accounting and finance, ideally CA or CPA certified. At least 10 years’ experience in a commercially driven FMCG or similar fast paced environment. Highly developed analytical skills A sound knowledge of Excel and financial management.
