As a Commercial Finance Sales Broker, you’ll combine your sales expertise with a consultative approach to help businesses find the right finance solutions. With on-target earnings of minimum £70000 in year one, this role offers you the financial freedom to step onto the property ladder. By year two, you could be earning £100-125k+-all while living in one of the UK’s more affordable housing markets in the East Midlands.

Responsibilities

You’ll be at the forefront of our client’s sales efforts, handling:

  • Inbound and outbound sales: Prospect and engage with new clients, build rapport, and secure deals by understanding their needs and presenting tailored finance solutions.
  • Documentation and collaboration: Assist clients in gathering financial and non-financial paperwork, preparing credit applications, and liaising with lender partners to deliver results.
  • Pipeline building: Track leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Client renewals: Reconnect with past clients to explore new financing opportunities and maintain long-term relationships.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and a structured career development plan to develop your skills and become an expert in commercial finance brokerage. If you’ve got strong sales experience, preferably in B2B, and a passion for helping clients succeed, this role is for you.
