Triangle Fire Systems is one of the UK’s leading specialists in the design and installation of Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems, Residential & Domestic Fire Sprinkler Systems, Dry & Wet rising mains.
Due to continued growth across all areas of our business we are seeking experienced Commercial Fire Sprinkler Project Manager(s) to join our dedicated team. We are also offering opportunities for Supervisors who are keen to progress into a Project Manager role through structured training and support.
Our projects are primarily based in Greater London and surrounding areas.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in fire sprinkler project management (commercial only)
  • Full understanding of BS EN 12845 & BS 9251
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Excel and willing to learn our in-house database system
  • Ability to work independently while managing and supporting your team
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Valid CSCS card with relevant qualifications (RSA certificate)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of commercial fire sprinkler systems across various project sites
  • Work closely with senior management to implement company procedures and processes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, site engineers, and subcontractors
  • Carry out site surveys at key stages: pre-start, in progress, and commissioning
  • Monitor and manage project finances to ensure targets and budgets are met
  • Ensure all installations meet British Standards: BS EN 12845 & BS 9251
  • Produce and maintain high-quality QA documentation
  • Track project timelines and ensure client expectations are consistently met
  • Attend weekly progress and review meetings
  • Liaise with the finance team at head office to align on project status and costs
