REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or fleet industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments with a solid understanding of the sales pipeline process.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus, along with knowledge of retail math and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities.
