Job Description 2023 Oklahoman Top Workplace! Responsibilities Performs diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance for client companies and dealership vehicles. Fully understands and carries out repair orders as dispatched. Conducts full inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to determine repair needs. Performs quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed. Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards. Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules. Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs. Communicates effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department personnel Participates in company and Ford Certification training and education to further develop expertise. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
