Responsibilities

This employment opportunity is for a person with an experienced background in truck maintenance and repair to be the Manager of our Fleet Service Center in Flint, Michigan. This is a key position within Shrader and is designed to be a “hands-on, working manager� position with key responsibilities to include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Manage daily operations of the Fleet Service Center
  • Supervise and direct tire technicians and mechanics
  • Perform opening/closing procedures; key holder responsibilities
  • Provide customer service (in-person, phone, email)
  • Assist with repairs and act as lead mechanic if qualified
  • Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and verification
  • Ensure diagnostic inspections and final quality checks
