ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Served recognised apprenticeship
  • ACS Commercial Gas qualified
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing and repair work
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks

    Pay: £43,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant & equipment, as well as performing a range of facilities maintenance tasks across a diverse portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct routine service, maintenance and repair to gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant and equipment
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites.
  • Execute general facilities maintenance tasks, such as replacing belts and filters, maintaining AHU’s and Fan Coil Units etc
  • Participate in the company’s on-call rota, providing full out-of-hours support to our clients as needed.
