Job Description About the Role We’re seeking a Commercial Glass Installation Foreman to lead a skilled team on a variety of projects in Ashland, VA. This is a hands-on leadership position — ideal for seasoned glaziers ready to step up and take charge of installations while managing crew performance. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate daily activities of commercial glass installation crews Lead by example with hands-on installation of storefronts, curtain walls, and glazing systems Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project timeline standards Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Train, mentor, and support crew members to build skills and efficiency Communicate progress and challenges with project managers and leadership Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a glazier/installer with a track record in commercial glass systems Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and manage installation crews Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Additional Information Why Apply?
