Kick-start your career as a Commercial Graduate at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen! Join our 18-month graduate program and become an integral part of our Commercial team. You’ll provide crucial contractual and commercial support, helping Boskalis Subsea Services Limited mitigate risks and optimise project delivery. Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through various areas of the Commercial function, including Projects and Post Contract Award. This hands-on experience will allow you to support each team, build extensive knowledge, and take on increasing responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll gain insights into other key functions such as Project Services, Engineering, and Finance, broadening your understanding of our business. Based in our Aberdeen office, you’ll also have opportunities to visit other Boskalis locations and spend time aboard our fleet of Dive Support Vessels. The Program Our graduate program kicks off in September 2026. Each work placement offers ample time for personal development, with both personal goals and business objectives set for each stage. You’ll receive support from senior colleagues and Line Managers throughout the program. Qualifications Your Qualities and Qualifications You can excel as a Commercial Graduate if you have: A relevant degree, preferably in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills The ability to work independently, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and manage your own workload effectively Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
