About the role As a Commercial Growth Associate, you contribute directly to Embedl’s growth by identifying sales opportunities, understanding emerging markets, and helping us build strong early relationships with customers and partners. This position sits at the intersection of business and technology. It requires someone prepared to invest the effort needed to deeply understand our technology while also building strong customer relationships that deliver meaningful value for both the customer and the company. It is ideal for someone with a background in engineering and business who wants to work in a fast-moving environment, reporting directly to the CSO and with significant responsibility from day one. You will have a tight interaction with our AI developers and commercial team to succeed in this role. Objectives of this Role - Support company growth by contributing to effective commercial planning - Explore and validate new markets - Identify high-potential accounts and build early commercial relationships - Analyze customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them - Provide market insights directly to our product and leadership teams - Contribute to a scalable commercial engine as we grow - Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our Edge AI offerings - Generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with prospects and partners Daily and Monthly Responsibilities - Create and execute commercial plans to expand the pipeline, open new markets, and broaden our global reach - Work with both inbound and outbound initiatives with a strategic approach, identifying segments, prioritizing opportunities, and validating strong prospects - Contribute to monthly and quarterly commercial results - Based in Gothenburg - Participate in events and conferences to develop our pipeline and strengthen our market presence - Ability to travel internationally appr. 10 % of the time Skills and Qualifications - Experience in B2B or commercial roles, ideally within Edge AI or advanced technology sectors - Ability to communicate and adopt both Business and Tech Value Propositions - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Open-minded, humble, and capable of building long-term customer relationships - Strong analytical capability and interest in market dynamics and customer understanding - Fluent English, both spoken and written Preferred Qualifications - Experience with complex software or hardware technology to be integrated within an OEM - Proven success rate at levels above quotas - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field - Team sport experience is a plus - An engineering exam is a merit What we offer - A chance to join a deep-tech scale-up at a pivotal moment in one of the world’s fastest-moving industries - High responsibility early on, with real influence on growth and commercial processes - Close collaboration with leadership and world-class AI engineers - Competitive salary/Market-based compensation - A steep learning curve Application Process The selection and interview process is ongoing, so please send your application in English as soon as possible.
