The Opportunity Your Impact The International CCO function drives Net Revenue growth by embedding and accelerating best-in-class commercial practices and capabilities across markets. It consists of two key teams: - GTM, DX & Digital Commerce - Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Role Overview: The Global Commercial Growth Enablement Manager will lead and embed High Impact Programs in Anchor Markets focused on integrated GTM-DX agenda, ensuring alignment with Business Units (BU), GTM – DX Strategy (Int.CCO), and Global Strategy & Transformation (S&T). Responsibilities Partner with Anchor Markets to facilitate development and alignment of annual priorities and roadmaps, based on situational analysis and capability assessment. Lead end-to-end implementation of High Impact Programs in partnership with Anchor Markets, CGG Strategy SMEs, and S&T/GCC teams. Facilitate program governance, coordinate decision-making across stakeholders, consult on embedment, and involve SMEs as required. Drive execution through structured implementation cycles. Prepare program Governance review materials to be utilized during Program Governance forums. Ensure programs are landing and effectively embedded, deliver measurable business impact against agreed value realization KPIs, and adapt based on feedback and changing priorities. Partner with Anchor Markets to translate strategic recommendations into execution, with a focus on driving clear value. Create go-to-market playbooks defining a clear North Star to guide the countries and documenting best practices from each mosaic. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 7+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, GTM, DX, channel development, digital platforms, e-Commerce or sales effectiveness, across both traditional and modern trade. Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments (agile experience a plus). Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence senior leaders and “manage up.” Highly analytical, with the ability to spot patterns and trends others may miss, and translate them into business impact. Global mindset with cultural awareness, consultative approach, and a proactive “make it happen” attitude. Proven success driving digital and data-led transformation in commercial processes.
