As a Commercial Growth Manager you will grow our commercial customer base by developing new opportunities, nurturing trusted relationships and delivering tailored credit and lending solutions. You will proactively prospect for new business, manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure great customer outcomes through expert advice and structured lending support. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience in Business or Commercial Banking or Credit with strong lending and risk understanding Passion for building trusted relationships and proactively developing business opportunities Ability to assess complex risk and identify solutions that work for both the customer and the bank Motivated by growth with experience prospecting in competitive environments Strong communication and negotiation skills to convert opportunities into successful outcomes Solid understanding of banking products and how they support business success including international products Experienced managing relationships across a broad customer base with the ability to build trust quickly You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
