Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive revenue growth across ASEAN by enabling existing channels and building new ones. This role will lead channel managers in the region, develop strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with our Cloud Security SaaS objectives. Key Responsibilities • Channel Strategy & Growth • Enable existing partners through joint business plans and performance reviews. • Recruit and develop new resellers and MSSPs to expand coverage and revenue streams. • Sales Leadership • Drive Cloud Security SaaS revenue through partner-led and direct engagements. • Support enterprise-focused deals and ensure subscription-based business growth. • Team Management • Lead and mentor channel managers across ASEAN. • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with regional objectives. • Market Development • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and distributors. • Track competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly. • 8–12 years in vendor-side sales or channel leadership, with proven Cloud SaaS sales experience. • Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and subscription-based business models. • Prior experience as an account manager with direct targets and enterprise focus. • Strong team management and leadership skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. • Based in Singapore with valid work authorization (local or PR). Advantage: Experience managing commercial or channel operations across APAC markets.
