We are seeking multiple casual Commercial Hosts to join our team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Host at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, your primary responsibility is to deliver high quality customer service whilst working in our Café, Kiosk, and Retail Shop with guest satisfaction as the main order of business.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work in our café and kiosk (barista duties, till transactions, stocking, presentation, food handling, cleaning, cooking, and serving hot food).
  • Work in the retail area (till transactions, stocking, presentation, cleaning, pricing).
  • Perform light manual labour including accepting deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other work where required.
  • Ensure our commercial spaces are operational and that we deliver what we promise in these outlets.
  • Food preparation and service within our Café and Kiosk whilst maintaining stock and display
  • Barista Duties
  • Perform light manual labour including accepting deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other work where required
  • Ensure our commercial spaces are operational and deliver what we promise in these outlets
  • Deliver consistently high guest service to support an increase in customer satisfaction focused KPI results

Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.
