SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Experience as a business partner in a role focused on country-specific HR responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices in the designated country.
• Commitment to DEI and cultural sensitivity in working with a diverse workforce
