Job Title: Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician

SUMMARY:

MMC’s Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota. Our project managers manage large portfolios of “complicated” buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As a HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of MMC’s services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. You will be provided with a company van and tools and are required to travel to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. You will be required to repair, retrofit, and install commercial HVAC equipment. You will be working in a team and will be the daily face-to-face contact that develops strong lasting customer relations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• Frequently is required to climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
