POSITION OVERVIEW This role is responsible for selling, managing, and delivering commercial HVAC construction projects from initial client contact through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, understands commercial construction timelines, and is comfortable owning both revenue and project success. What you will be doing: Sales & Preconstruction * Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and owners * Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities * Perform site walks, scope projects, and prepare accurate bids and proposals * Negotiate contracts and secure awarded work Project Management * Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously * Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors * Oversee schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation * Communicate with field supervisors, GCs, engineers, and inspectors * Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements What you will need for this position: * Background in project management, estimating, and/or sales * Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, plans and specifications * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical schedules * Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with estimating and project management software * Valid driver's license Interested in joining the team?
