Introduction We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Helper / Apprentice with 0–2 years of experience who is motivated to learn, works hard, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. You will work directly alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in commercial systems, installations, and maintenance. General Responsibilities Assist lead technicians with service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems Help with equipment setup, tear-out, and installation Perform basic maintenance tasks (filter changes, coil cleaning, drain flushing, etc.) Carry tools, materials, and support jobsite efficiency Learn to read gauges, take measurements, and understand system operation Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all safety procedures and company standards Begin learning proper documentation and communication on jobs Job Requirements 0–2 years HVAC or mechanical experience (or strong interest in the trade) Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Valid Texas driver’s license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders/rooftops Basic mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and coachable mindset What You’ll Learn This is not just a helper position—this is a career path.
