Description Position Summary The Commercial HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and commissioning a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and rooftop units (RTUs). The ideal candidate has at least seven years of hands-on installation experience, demonstrates strong technical knowledge, and takes pride in delivering quality results on every project. Key Responsibilities Install and start up commercial boilers, chillers, RTUs, and related mechanical systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Ensure installations are completed according to manufacturer guidelines, local codes, and company standards. Perform system testing, adjustments, and verification for proper operation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other field technicians to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC installation experience. Proven expertise with boilers, chillers, and rooftop units (RTUs). EPA Certification (Universal preferred). Valid driver’s license in good standing – required. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures. Ability to lift, move, and install heavy equipment as needed. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience. Company truck and gas card provided.
