Job Description 5-10 years experience in commercial HVAC service. Ability to train and develop junior technicians Experience with commercial, multi-family and residential service calls and projects. Must have a basic understanding of Rooftop Units, Split Systems, and Ductless Systems, BAS Controls, Troubleshooting Cooling Towers, and Chillers. Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of these systems. Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service. Communicating with customers and managers regarding service findings is essential. Person interested in a career and not just a job. Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business.
