But we’re hardly done yet. Tonna is proud to be family-owned and operated for over 40 years. We are GROWING! Tonna Mechanical is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman in Rochester, MN. Fridays and overtime hours may be required. Requirements Experience leading Commercial projects/replacements and managing a team. Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with general contractors and apprentices. Understanding of mechanical drawings and symbols. Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes. Experience measuring and submitting duct fittings for fabrication. Ability to effectively organize materials needed and schedule manpower accordingly. Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installations. 1+ years’ experience running projects/replacements Basic knowledge of project management and progression of the construction process. Clean, safe driving record. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
