You'll work alongside talented field teams, build strong relationships with customers, and help deliver projects that keep businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and other critical operations running. What You'll Do Lead Projects from Start to Finish Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical projects through completion Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics Lead project meetings with clients, General Contractors, and internal teams Keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal Keep Projects on Track Monitor labor productivity and project performance Partner with internal teams on billing, change orders, and reporting Identify risks before they become problems Help protect project budgets and profitability Solve Problems in Real Time Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs Coordinate equipment procurement and installation sequencing Support field teams in overcoming jobsite challenges Remove roadblocks that impact productivity Build Strong Relationships Communicate proactively with clients, engineers, and GCs Provide clear project updates and schedule changes Create trust through accountability and follow-through What Success Looks Like At Hawks, you'll know you're winning when: Projects finish on time and within budget Field teams have what they need to succeed Customers view you as proactive and dependable Problems get solved before they escalate Office and field teams work together seamlessly Why Hawks? Strong knowledge of: Commercial HVAC systems Piping and ductwork Controls systems Construction drawings and specifications ? Experience managing: Schedules Subcontractors Field execution ? Strong leadership and communication skills? Understanding of OSHA safety practices Bonus Points If You Have ? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field? Design-build project experience? Experience with healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial projects? Familiarity with project management and scheduling software
