Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians What We’re Looking For 3–6+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience. Rack system experience is required. Responsibilities

The technician will diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers and chillers. They will also perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
