Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician Location: DFW Metroplex (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX) Compensation: $35-$50+/hour DOE Job Type: Full-Time Join a Growing Commercial HVAC Team Comfort Technologies is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team serving customers throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for seasoned technicians with strong troubleshooting and repair experience on commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment. What We Offer Competitive pay ranging from $35-$50+/hour based on experience Take-home company vehicle (Chevy Express van) 40+ hours per week Overtime opportunities available Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance IRA Matching Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Parental Leave Tool Account Employee Training & Professional Development Referral Program Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, mini-splits, VAVs, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions Complete service documentation and reports Maintain a professional relationship with customers and facility personnel Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations Equipment You'll Work On 5-25 Ton Package Units Air-Cooled Chillers up to 450 Tons Liebert Data Center Units Ductless Mini-Splits VAV Systems Fan Powered Boxes (FPBs) Standard Split Systems Service Area Technicians service commercial customers throughout the DFW Metroplex, including: Weatherford Fort Worth Dallas Frisco / McKinney Waxahachie / Cleburne Rockwall On-Call Rotation Our technicians participate in a structured on-call schedule: 1 week as backup on-call Following week as primary on-call Approximately 6-8 weeks between rotations Qualifications Required 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience EPA Universal Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Experience with commercial chillers RTU expertise NATE Certification Experience working independently in the field Schedule Typical service hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime available Some after-hours and emergency service work required If you're an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a strong team environment, apply today
