We specialize in delivering high-level service across a wide range of commercial environments and are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Pay $25 – $50 per hour (based on experience) Benefits Take-home company vehicle 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays 40 hours of sick pay Ongoing training & advancement opportunities Strong team culture focused on quality and accountability Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Work across a variety of commercial environments (retail, office, industrial, critical systems, etc.) Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers Maintain clean job sites and organized service vehicles Requirements Proven experience in commercial HVAC service Must have experience working on: Water Source Heat Pump systems Equipment up to 40 tons Chiller system knowledge is a plus (not required, but strongly preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work in both critical and non-critical environments Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Available for on-call rotation Willing to be on after-hours standby as needed Reliable and able to work independently Why Comfort Experts?
