RLP Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / Foreman to oversee commercial ductwork and sheet metal installations across the Greater DFW area. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise a crew of HVAC installers on commercial sheet metal and ductwork projects. Ensure top-quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed project specs and deadlines. Work directly with project managers and general contractors to keep projects running smoothly. Mentor and train apprentices and junior installers—build a solid team that performs with pride. Maintain detailed records of job progress, materials, and hours. Occasionally travel within Texas for out-of-area projects. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience. 4+ years in a lead installer, foreman, or supervisory role. Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal installation best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. VRF system experience and EPA certification are a plus, not required.
