What You’ll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machines). Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts. What You Need US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident) 3–6 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification; O6A license preferred Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required) Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restriction Note: This role is primarily remote but may require travel to client sites for training, meetings, or in-person events.
