Commercial HVAC Technician

OPTIMAL AIR IS SEEKING A COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN.

The candidates will be responsible for completing service calls and maintenance on commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems including rooftop units, walk-in & drive-in cooler & freezer refrigeration equipment, makeup air units, boilers, pumps, unit heaters, heat pumps, ductless systems, hockey arena ice chillers, data center units etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Gas fitter 2 license
• 313A Journeyman or 4-5 year apprentice
• Clean drivers abstract with G driver license
• Working at heights

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing service calls & maintenance for commercial & industrial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Completing work orders & timesheets electronically.
• Ordering required parts & materials
• Maintaining & tracking truck stock.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
